We are lucky enough to operate in the River Stour, Mudeford Harbour and the Solent these are areas of natural beauty and are widely regarded as some of the most scenic locations not just on the South Coast but all of the UK.

The Vessel ‘Margarita’
The vessel ‘Margarita’ is a 35 foot (10.5m) Classic Berry Boat.
Hand-built by Ron Berry, Margarita underwent a full refit in 2022 and is licensed to carry 12 guests plus 2 crew.
MCA coded to Class 2, she’s cleared to sail up to 60 miles from safe haven, with a skipper fully RYA qualified to MCA Class 2 standard.
Onboard you’ll find two Kamado coal grills and draft beer lines — perfect for ‘cook what you catch’ days, or laid-back lunch and dinner charters, half or full day.
The 7m rear deck features a central kitchen island housing the grills, with a relaxed seating area at the stern. There’s also a head (toilet) onboard for when nature calls.
Fishing trips and rod hire are available on request (tackle included). Food and drink packages can be arranged for any charter.
Fully Licensed
Margarita holds a full alcohol licence, so you can enjoy everything from chilled beers on tap to curated wine and cocktail options while on the water. Drinks packages are available to suit your charter, whether it’s a relaxed afternoon or a full celebration.
Kamado Coal Grills
With two Big Green Egg grills onboard, every charter comes with the option of wood-fired cooking at sea — from fresh-caught fish to full feasts straight off the coals.
Draught Beer
Margarita is fitted with draft beer lines, so you can enjoy pints poured fresh on deck — the perfect end to a day filled with sunshine and sea air.

From half-day trips to full-day adventures, every charter can be tailored — whether it’s dining, fishing, or simply cruising with friends
7 Metre Deck
The spacious rear deck is perfect for soaking up the sun, relaxing, or enjoying a meal with panoramic sea views.
Fishing Rods
Fishing rods and tackle can be provided for fishing charters on request.
12 Passengers
Licensed to carry up to 12 guests plus crew — plenty of room for family days, parties, or just gathering your favourite people for a unique day out.
Event Support
Margarita has provided event support for RNLI fun days, river festivals, regattas and the Bournemouth Air Festival, offering a flexible platform for hospitality, viewing, or guest entertainment on the water.
Charity Event Days
Margarita is ideal for big raft-up charity days, offering plenty of space for guests, live music, and a great atmosphere on the water. Drinks, catering, and entertainment can all be arranged to make the day truly unforgettable.
