About Us
The Joey Club is a charter company operating out of Christchurch on the River Stour and the Solent, offering fishing trips, dining charters, raft-ups, special events, and customs packages.
Margarita, our flagship vessel, was purchased in 2021 and fully refitted by us in 2022.
Lewis leads most charters as skipper. Growing up around these waters, he’s at home on the river and Solent and wanted to share that experience with everyone. With a passion for cooking and life on the water, and walla The Joey Club was born.
Whether you’re hoping to catch your lunch, enjoy drinks with friends, or simply take in the scenery, Margarita is built for unforgettable days on the water.
The vessel has fished the Solent for most of its life, originally being built in Weymouth.
She’s unique!
Originally commissioned to pot for lobster & crab, she has spent her whole life on the Solent — from Weymouth, Poole Harbour, and Portland to the Needles.
After commercial fishing, she was rigged up as a charter fishing vessel. Having undergone a complete refit by us in 2022 to expand charter opportunities, there really isn’t much on the water that can offer what The Joey Club provides onboard Margarita.
